Join us for a short hike as we explore the forest floor and discover why bugs are some of the most important workers in our ecosystem. Along the trail, we’ll collect natural materials and learn how insects help keep the forest healthy. After our walk, you’ll use your finds to create a cozy bug shelter to take home or leave in the park. It’s a hands-on way to connect with nature’s tiny engineers! Pre-registration and pre-payment are required at the Park Office or by calling 706-663-4858. Admission: $10 – $5 parking.
