Join a ranger for a short nature hike where we’ll slow down, explore the forest floor, and discover the tiny details that often go unnoticed like mosses, fungi, insects, and more. Using your smartphone camera, you’ll learn simple tips for capturing close-up photos of these small wonders while we discuss how the forest floor plays a big role in ecosystem health, from recycling nutrients to sheltering wildlife. This program is a perfect mix of photography, science, and discovery. No fancy gear required, just curiosity and a phone camera!
